His upcoming boxing match with UFC veteran Ben Askren is still a few weeks away, but Jake Paul has already taken a hard wallop to the financial gut. Out in Calabasas, the perennially controversial YouTuber’s longtime mansion has sold for $6.15 million — a lot of money, but also $775,000 less than what Paul paid in 2017. Factor in taxes, hefty realtor fees, renovations, four years of upkeep, and the total loss amount likely swells deep into seven-figure territory. The discount buyer’s identity is not yet known.
Paul first announced his intentions to sell last December, in an emotional YouTube video, calling it “one of the hardest decisions he’s ever made.” The 24-year-old also revealed he’d be trading SoCal for Miami, leaving the “distractions” of L.A.’s party scene behind — along with those pesky FBI raids — with the goal of becoming a “legitimate pro fighter.”

There are dual walk-in closets, both with custom cabinetry.
Out back are numerous loggias and patios serviced by two separate BBQ centers. Off to one side of the terraced, 3.5-acre yard is a secluded pool area; down a few more flights of stairs is another flat grassy pad with ample space for a tennis court.
