BlackPink sets a record for views, reunites Selena Gomez

BlackPink set a record when having 2 MVs with more than 1.7 billion views on YouTube. In addition to the good news about the great achievements of the MVs, the group also caused a fever with the moment of meeting Selena Gomez in the backstage of the concert.

YG Entertainment announced that BlackPink ‘s “Kill This Love” MV has officially reached 1.7 billion views on YouTube on November 25. This is also the 3rd K-pop MV to hit 1.7 billion views on YouTube, after PSY’s Gangnam Style MV and BlackPink’s Ddu Du Ddu Du MV.

With this great achievement, the girls have set many new records. Accordingly, BlackPink has become a K-pop group, a Korean star as well as the first and only Asian artist to have 2 MVs surpassing 1.7 billion views so far.
