With his brand-new home in Las Vegas, Floyd Mayweather has effectively eliminated the competition in the real estate market.
The former boxer, who is now 41 years old and retired, provided confirmation of the purchase by uploading two photos on Instagram that were identical to those included in the listing. Both posts stated, “My new home, I’m truly blessed,” as their captions.
According to the property records, Mr. Mayweather’s limited liability company (LLC) spent $10 million to acquire the residence, which he owns. On Monday, the property records reflected the private transaction that had taken place previously.
This house only has one level, but it includes eleven bedrooms and fourteen bathrooms. The listing agent for the property, Kamran Zand of Luxury Homes Las Vegas, stated that it comes with two separate guest houses and has heated flooring throughout. He did not confirm that Mr. Mayweather had purchased the house, but he did not deny it either.

According to Mr. Zand, the almost 22,000-square-foot residence is situated on 1.41 acres of property. In addition to an indoor and an outdoor pool, there are also two detached garages that each provide enough for four cars. Just off of the master bedroom on the main floor of the home is the entrance to the basement, which is serviced by a commercial elevator.
In his entire professional career, Mr. Mayweather, who called it quits in August of 2017, did not suffer a single loss. Although he won a bronze medal in featherweight competition at the 1996 Olympics, Floyd Mayweather spent his career competing in numerous weight divisions. His father and uncle were responsible for his training throughout his career.
