Conor McGregor and his girlfriend, Dee Devlin, chose to celebrate Valentine’s Day by hitting the gym together while enjoying their holiday in the tropical Bahamas. The 35-year-old mixed martial artist took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a series of photos from their workout session, giving fans a glimpse into their fitness routine during their romantic getaway.
In one picture, Conor showed off his rippling muscles as he wore nothing but a pair of tiny blue shorts while kissing Dee, 34, on the lips, captioning his post: ‘Valentine’s Day workout,’ along with a red heart.
Dee wore some black active wear and a matching baseball cap as she joined her partner to burn some calories.
In a separate post, Conor shared a video from their day together writing: ‘Valentine’s Day in the Bahamas.
‘Happy Valentine’s Day my baby girl Dee I love you so much and my daughter Croía daddy loves you, and my two sons Conor jr and Rían, this is how ya’s do it. Love.’
The clip showed Connor and Dee riding their bikes in the grounds of their holiday accommodation.
They could then be seen sitting alongside each other in a lush setting as palm trees swayed in the gentle breeze behind them.
Conor said: ‘It’s Valentine’s Day, I wanted to take my lady to the gym and give her a nice work out. Nothing too strenuous, a nice feel good workout.

The couple then hit the tennis court in the scorching sunshine, laughing as they batted the ball across the net.
Sportsman Conor told Dee ‘happy Valentine’s Day, baby’ before laughing and letting out a scream while lifting a pair of dumbbells above his head in the gym.
Seconds later he kicked his leg in the air while watching himself in the mirror and hit a punchbag which lay on the ground.
Conor also gave his social media followers a glimpse at his evening with Dee, with the fighter spelling her name out in rose petals on the floor of their room.
The couple also enjoyed a film together in a room lit with red lights and filled with heart-shaped balloons.
Last week, Conor looked delighted as he hung out with his friend Justin Bieber following a chance encounter in the Bahamas.
The Irishman greeted the singer, 27, with a warm embrace after they bumped into each other at a tennis court in the Caribbean country.
Alongside the Instagram snaps, which saw the pair chatting up a storm, he began in his caption: ‘I bumped into @justinbieber again today. In the Bahamas!
