Joshua has set his sights on earning over £1billion during his career.
After saving plenty of cash staying with his mum in North West London, he splashed out some of his fortune renting the £20,000-a-month mansion in St John’s Wood – just next to Lord’s Cricket Ground.
The plush pad is said to currently belong to South African diamond trader Walter Hennig, 44, who paid £27m for it in 2012.

Walter is the son of businessman Oloff Hennig, who boasted of knowing Ronnie Biggs, the man who conducted the Great Train Robbery in 1963.
AJ has been given a taste of the high life in the house, which is truly fit for a (heavyweight) king.
Glittering chandeliers and beautiful paintings decorate the new-look pad.
It includes a fully-equipped gym in which the 6ft 6in WBA, IBF and IBO champ would have used to stay in tip-top shape.
The luxury spot even has a spa including a salt grotto, as well as an indoor pool, wine cellar, cinema and two staff bedrooms.
The master suite occupies the entire first floor.

Watford-born Joshua has been staying with mum Yeta, who recently admitted to making her son packed lunches during his training for the Klitschko mega-fight.
After Joshua turned pro in 2013, the dad of one bought her flat for £174k.
He also put up his ex-girlfriend, Nicole Osbourne, 27, and his 18-month-old son Joseph in a £500k apartment close to home in Finchley.
