Paul was living in a “shack” since he waited until market inflation subsided before purchasing his own dwelling.

The former basketball player Yadier Molina has lent the American his eight-bedroom home.

In case all that training has left him too tired to climb the stairs, the two-story mansion also features eight bathrooms, a fitness area, a luxury swimming pool, a games room, and an elevator.

Paul and Molina negotiated a price reduction from the original asking price of $19,995,000 (£16.1m), according to the Caribbean Realty Group.

His 28-year-old sibling Logan also owns a £11 million, seven-bedroom house in Puerto Rico.

In the most recent episode of Logan’s Impaulsive podcast, the internet celebrities talked about Paul’s new apartment.

“I got a great deal,” Paul, now 26 years old, proudly proclaimed.

Yet, since I waited and waited and waited, I was able to secure a phenomenal price on the property.

In 2021, Paul made almost £30 million from business and boxing, becoming him the second-highest paid YouTuber on Forbes’ list.
