Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, Maya Benberry, has told Taylor Swift to be careful about her new relationship with the NFL player. During their short-lived relationship, Maya accused Travis of cheating on her.

After winning his 2016 E! dating reality show Catching Kelce, Benberry, who is 31, dated the Kansas City Chiefs tight end for a few months.

But they broke up soon after, and in a series of tweets that have since been deleted, the reality star said that the Suρer Bowl champion cheated on her with sports broadcaster Kayla Nicole.

Benberry told DailyMail.com that “once a cheater, always a cheater” when talking about her ex’s relationship with Swift, which made headlines.

After the NFL tight end’s game at Arrowhead stadium on Sunday, Kelce and Swift were seen together, confirming dating rumors.

She said, “Taylor seems like such a fun girl with a beautiful spirit. I wish her the best of luck, but I wouldn’t be a girls’ girl if I didn’t tell her to be smart!”

“By now, I’m sure she knows how to tell who really cares about her and who just wants to use her.” 

“I can only hope that she comes out of this as the teacher and not the student,” the marketing and brand consulting expert said.

Benberry, who also works as a life coach, said she can only give advice based on “the man I knew him to be when we dated.” She added, “Only time will tell, but as the saying goes, once a cheater, always a cheater.”

Benberry was one of 50 wоme𝚗 who competed for the NFL player’s love and attention on the E! reality show Catching Kelce. The wоme𝚗 came from all 50 states.

After the show ended, they dated for a few months before going their separate ways. 

Soon after, the TV star accused the pro athlete of cheating on her in a series of tweets that have since been taken down.  

Benberry seemed to criticize Kelce’s new relationship with Kayla Nicole by saying that the two of them were already together.

Benberry told DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview, “I wouldn’t be a girly-girl if I didn’t tell her to BE SMART!!!… In this situation, I can only hope that she comes out as the teacher and not the student.

“When you and your ex broke up five months ago, but you find out through social media that he’s supposedly been in another relationship for six,” she wrote.

Kelce dated Nicole on and off from 2017 to 2022. He never said anything in public about what Maya said. During a short breakup with Nicole in 2020, he was also accused of cheating.

He said at the time, “This is fake news. It’s a lie. It’s not why Kayla and I broke up. Please take your anger somewhere else.”

Now, it seems like Kelce and Swift are done with each other. Travis told his brother and fellow NFL player Jason, 35, on their podcast, New Heights, that he had tried to get the Cruel Summer singer’s attention at her KC concert by giving her a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it. This got people talking about them dating.

Taylor left the stadium before he could give it to her, but she found out about it when the conversation became public.

As rumors started to spread, his brother Jason, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles, did an interview on Audacy’s 94WIP Midday Show and added fuel to the fire.

The center for the Eagles told the hosts, “I don’t really know much about Travis’ love life.” I try not to get involved in his business. Stay out of that world,’ I tell myself.

He then said, “Having said that, man, I think they’re doing great and I think it’s all 100% true, and I hope this thing goes a mile — no, I’m kidding, I don’t know what’s going on.”

Soon after that, Travis talked about the rumors that he and Swift were dating during an interview on The Pat McAfee Show.

The host brought up the ɾumоr that “everyone in the world is talking about right now.”

The NFL player told McAfee, ‘It’s life, baby. I let her know, I put the ball in her court.’

The Bad Blооd singer was seen getting into the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Bears on Sunday, so his invitation must have worked. 

She cheered for her rumored boyfriend with joy as she sat with his mother, Donna, in a VIP section of the stands.

The Grammy winner wore a red and white outfit to show her support for the team that just won the Suρer Bowl. She and Kelce’s mom seemed to be having a great time as they cheered on the team and tight end.

Then, they left the stadium together in his old convertible and went to a private after-party at Kansas City’s Prime Social Rooftop.

If the two busy professionals were to date, it would have to be from far away.

The Bad Blооd hitmaker was seen getting into the game as she hung with Kelce’s box at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium
