Floyd Mayweather currently owns real estate in Miami Beach, in addition to his other residences in Beverly Hills and Las Vegas. The unbeaten boxer shelled over $18 million to purchase a riverfront mansion on Palm Island, which is a man-made island located in Biscayne Bay.

He purchased this property after selling his former residence in Miami Beach, which was a contemporary home in the La Gorce neighborhood that resembled a box.

The three-story home with approximately 11,000 square feet of living space features a rooftop deck that is 5,000 square feet in size and offers views of the water and the city skyline. The decks on the upper two levels front a patio that has a pool, a jacuzzi, and a boat dock that is one hundred feet long.

The modern estate has nine bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, a movie theater, gym, and game area. A grand staircase and elevator lead to an owner’s suite with hardwood floors and a spa bathroom.

The decade-old property has four garages and a six-car driveway on a third of an acre.
