The 33-0-1 fighter had to start his training camp early in order to prepare for his battle against Ngannou. A typical training camp lasts five to six weeks, according to Fury. But the thirty-five-year-old had to train for twelve weeks before his match against the boxer from Cameroon.

“I’ve been training for the next twelve weeks, when the fight is scheduled. Normally, I train for five to six weeks, but I haven’t been since December of last year. “I lost about 150 pounds in about 4 weeks just by following the Keto diet,” Fury exclaimed.

“If done correctly, the Keto diet is fine, but I was doing it improperly. I was eating four cheese-and-mayonnaise-topped double patties. The 35-year-old stated, “I was eating a ton of meat, fried up cheese and mayonnaise, bacon, eggs, sausage, whatever.”

Despite its seeming unhealthiness, Fury lost a significant amount of weight thanks to the diet.
