She recently wrote on Instagram that taking Slim Fast shakes three times a day had helped her lose two dress sizes. 

Kelly Brook kept working out, too, as she was seen working out with her boyfriend Jeremy Parisi in Kent on Sunday.

The radio host, 39, worked up a sweat during the hard workout in a pale gray crop top and black leggings that showed off her beautiful curves.

As seen working out with her boyfriend Jeremy Parisi in Kent on Sunday, Kelly Brook continued to improve her health.

The star showed off her gym clothes by wearing black sneakers while she worked out hard.

Kelly put her dark hair into a neat ponytail and worked out without any makeup on to show off her natural beauty. 

On the other hand, Jeremy wore a black vest, black jogging pants, and black sneakers to keep things simple. 

The couple, who just celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary, paid close attention during the session.

On exercise mats, they were seen doing a variety of stretches. Kelly even did a Downward Dog move to show how flexible she was. 

It was then seen that Kelly and Jeremy were working out on the treadmill. The happy couple still found time to laugh while they ran. 

A few days ago, Kelly told her fans about her progress and said she had lost weight, going from a size 16 to a 12.

Last week, she told her one million Instagram followers, “So happy to announce that I’ve now gone down two dress sizes with #SlimFastUK and I’m back to feeling my best!”

Progress: The couple worked out just a few days after Kelly told her fans that she had lost weight and was now a size 12.

“With today’s technology and cell phone filters, anyone can quickly change how they look,” the model-turned-TV host said.

When I don’t like what I see on my phone screen, I know I’ve changed it. I’m really happy with the real me, though, when I look at myself today.

Kelly, who has always been known for her curves, talked about her past struggles with weight loss. “I’m a curvy girl and I like my natural shape,” she said. It’s just who I am.

“But I’m aware that I’ve been slowly gaining weight over the last few years.” Before I could no longer fit into my skinny jeans, it didn’t really bother me.

She also said, “All of a suԀԀen, I realized at age 39 that I was over my healthy BMI.” It had become hard for me to find clothes, and I wasn’t feeling well.

“When I realized I had a big birthday coming up next year, it gave me a huge push to start living a healthier life.”
