Travis Kelce is spending Thanksgiving ALONE because Taylor Swift is on tour

Travis Kelce stated he’ll be spending Thanksgiving alone, eating fast food, with girlfriend Taylor Swift on her Eras tour in Brazil.

Travis made the admission on the most recent episode of the New Heights podcast, as his brother Jason was discussing the holiday NFL games to watch on television.

‘Wish them luck. ‘I’ll be eating KFC because I won’t have anyone here,’ he explained.

Jason responded by inquiring about Travis’s personal chef, Kumar Ferguson.

‘You don’t have someone cooking turkey in there? ‘What is Kumar doing?’ he inquired.

‘I’m not sure. ‘He might travel back to see his family,’ Travis responded. 

Jason then invited his brother to fly to Philadelphia and join him for dinner.

‘If you need to make a quick trip, guy, you’re welcome in my house,’ he replied. ‘There will be plenty of food.’

Travis may find it tough to travel see his brother, given that he and the Chiefs must prepare to play the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. 

Meanwhile, Taylor is in Brazil for her Eras Tour. She is currently in Sao Paolo for three more gigs after performing three dates in Rio de Janeiro last weekend.

The brothers discussed how the football season affects Thanksgiving, with Jason having previously played for the Eagles on the day itself. 

‘Have you ever played on Thanksgiving? I believe we did it twice. ‘It stinks,’ Jason admitted. ‘You never get to eat with your family.’

‘I don’t remember ever having Thanksgiving like we had as kids,’ Travis remarked. ‘We always have practice in the morning on Thanksgiving.’

Swift has met Travis’s mother, Donna, and father, Ed, several times.

However, because Taylor had to cancel one of her three Rio dates due to extreme heat, Monday night became showtime for her and eliminated any possibility of her flying back for the game. 

Swift will perform three consecutive shows from Friday to Sunday before wrapping up her tour for the year. 

Ironically, Taylor will likely be celebrating Christmas without Travis because the Chiefs play the Las Vegas Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City on December 25. 

If the Chiefs win the Suρer Bowl on February 11, Swift will have approximately 36 hours to fly back to the United States from her tour dates in Tokyo, Japan.
