Kelly Brook is selling her stunning £1,450,000 three-bed farmhouse after 10 years of renovations

Kelly Brook announced that she would be selling her Kent farmhouse after 16 years of renovations.

Before parting ways with her former £1.45 million medieval-style home and moving out, the 43-year-old model and actress described it as a “never-ending labor of love.”

The model says her Kent home is her 'refuge'

She is said to have paid £975,000 for her 15th-century home with four acres of land in 2006.

According to the MailOnline, she shared the property with her husband and fellow model Jeremy Parisi, 38, and their pet dog Teddy, and has referred to the pad as her’refuge’ from the showbiz world.

According to the publication, a listing on an estate agent’s website stated that a sale for Kent-based property was agreed earlier this month.

The house’s impressive features are thought to include a heated outdoor swimming pool, an oast house, and a wildflower meadow.

According to Savills, the current owner has done a lot of work to this wonderful property, but it still has a lot of period charm and character, such as exposed timbers, reclaimed elm flooring, and diamond-leaded light windows.

The real estate agents then went on to give potential buyers a detailed tour of the three-bedroom home that Kelly used to live in.

The star, who has always been proud of her home, recently talked about it in an interview and explained how she has dealt with all the changes that have been made over the years.

She told The Sunday Times Travel, “I bought a country house 15 years ago because I loved the idea of driving out of the city for the weekend, setting up the fire and oven for when family came over. But you have to deal with mice in the pantry and the boiler breаking down.”

“Anyone who has owned a historic home knows that it’s a never-ending labor of love.”

“I worked with an architect to remove the plaster and show the frame of the house and the original beams so that the house would look old.” But even though it looks old, it’s very energy-efficient and has heating under the floors.

“I’ve learned a lot in the last 10 years.” There have been some fails, like when they tried to grow French lavender in Kent. I think about nature a lot more now that I live here.
