This is Rick Ross’s residence. It is set on more than 100 acres of land at 794 Evander Holyfield Highway in Fayetteville, Georgia. It was formerly the residence of retired professional boxer Evander Holyfield. Due to foreclosure, Holyfield was forced to sell the home for $7.5 million. It was subsequently relisted for $8.2 million before being auctioned off to Ross for $5.879 million in 2014.
The 109-room mansion has nearly 44,000 square feet of living space, 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, a home theater, a bowling alley, a gym, a recording studio, an indoor pool, and much more. On the site, there is also a 4,000 square foot guest house.
