Inside Taylor Swift’s incredible Eras Tour wardrobe, which took hundreds of hours to make

Taylor Swift’s Eras tour began in Arizona earlier this month, featuring stunning outfits.

One of her tour outfits is a midnight blue Oscar de la Renta bodysuit with over 5,300 hand-sewn crystals and beads.

One embroiderer who has worked with celebrity designers told us that the embroidery alone would have cost around $2,800.

Nicole + Felicia used over 200,000 sequins and crystals in another ‘one of a kind creation’.

Continuing the theme of sweeping gowns, Zuhair Murad collaborated with the You Belong With Me singer to create a custom design requiring over 350 hours of atelier handwork.

A bridal gown from the luxury fashion house typically costs between $9,000 and $20,000, but this bespoke look would have cost significantly more.

It’s unclear whether the singer had to pay for her lavish wardrobe.

One costume designer, who has worked on a number of high-profile tours, told DailyMail.com that celebrities typically did not have to pay for designer clothing.

‘It is beneficial for the talent to have a connection with a designer to tie in the value of their brand,’ she explained.

‘In other words, you get a gorgeous designer gown, and what you pay is the value of [the talent] rather than monetary compensation.
