Singer Taylor Swift, 34 years old, owns many real estate properties with a total value of about 150 million USD.

Taylor Swift is listed on Forbes’ 2024 billionaires list, which was released on April 2, with a net worth of 1.1 billion USD. The singer gained notoriety for his enormous music career but also for possessing several multimillion-dollar properties.

Three years after her release, in 2009, Taylor Swift bought her first apartment. At twenty years of age, she paid almost two million dollars for a penthouse in the Adelicia building located in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland served as inspiration for the Love Story singer’s shabby-chic interior design. Taylor Swift primarily resides and writes here, according to the New York Post.

With its marble fireplace, herringbone-patterned floors, and vaulted ceilings, the home was constructed in the style of Greek revival architecture. It was reported by numerous news outlets that Taylor Swift’s mother briefly resided here.

According to Page Six, Taylor Swift also allowed actress Sophie Turner and her mother to live in the apartment in September 2023. Turner and her ex-husband Joe Jonas were fighting for custody of their children in a divorce lawsuit at the time.

Taylor Swift spent $18 million in 2017 to buy a more than 100-year-old house in Tribeca. According to Elle Decor, the singer hired architect Leopoldo Rosati to renovate the house, which now features a home theater, gym, large living room, and porch with Japanese glass walls.

In early 2018, she purchased a 325 m2 three-story townhouse next to the Sugar Loaf building for $9.75 million. Previously, the apartment belonged to financier Jeremy Phillips. According to Vulture, experts estimate Taylor Swift’s Tribeca real estate to be worth $45 million.

In 2015, Taylor Swift paid $25 million for a villa with over 1,000 square meters in Beverly Hills (Los Angeles). The house features seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, two tennis courts, and a swimming pool. According to the Daily Mail, the house is currently worth $31.6 million USD.

Samuel Goldwyn (1879-1974), the mansion’s first owner, was a film producer. The house is 90 years old, having been built in 1934.
