As if Taylor Swift hadn’t had a difficult enough week.

Taylor, who is newly single and attending her first red carpet event since ending her relationship with One Direction’s Harry Styles, was Kanye-d onstage at The People’s Choice Awards by host Olivia Munn.

In some amusing scenes, brunette Olivia refused to accept Taylor’s Favorite Country Artist award, claiming it was awkward that the blonde had won.

Taylor, dressed in a plunging white gown, managed to keep up with the joke, telling Olivia, ‘This always happens to me… God!’

In 2009, rapper Kanye West stormed the stage of the MTV Video Music Awards, interrupting Taylor’s big moment, and the term Kanye-d was born.

Taylor, who appears to have learned from previous experiences, was able to get her claws on the award this time, before giving an eloquent victory speech.

Taylor appears to be considering her next move, and tears are not an option.

She stated: “I want to thank the fans because this is a fan-voted award, and I absolutely love you with all of my heart.” I’d like to thank radio and the fans who called in and said, “Play her music” — thank you for doing so.

‘You guys have blown my mind with what you’ve done for this album, Red, and I just want to thank you for caring about both my music and me. Thank you so much, guys; I adore you.’

The awkward moments continued for Taylor, who had gone all out for the evening with a sweeping updo and long wҺite gown, as she exited the stage to One Direction’s Һit Live While We’re Young.
